Thoughts: I've mentioned that I am a fan of Japanese dramas and animes but this is my very first post. This show was actually my turning point to create a blog. After I watched the whole series (including the second season), I thought of giving a review for this amazing show.

This animated show was part of my childhood. I've been watching this on TV since I was grade school but unfortunately that channel didn't air the last book of this series. I've always wondered what was the ending of this story. Since a close friend of mine gave me a copy of the whole series, I watched it again from the start though I already knew what happened on each episode. When I was a kid, I was just amazed on how the good the plot was. Like it's so cool to have a bending skill right? But now I've re watched the whole series, I realized that this show has a lot of lessons to present for young kids. Lessons about life, failure, friendship, love and hope. There are also a lot of good lines from Iroh that we can use or can inspire us in our lives. Deep stories that gives good thoughts to the viewers. Beside on that the humor is very good. Sokka's bad jokes, Toph's blind jokes. Prince Zuko's awkward jokes, it makes me think that even though you have a big problem to carry (like saving the earth lol), these bunch of people trying to save the world are still kids and needs to play around too.

Animation: 9/10 for Book 1; 10/10 for Books 2 and 3
In Book 1, it's a good animation. Well, making bending movements makes a lot of frames and even though it's an old anime, surprisingly the animation of the fight scenes are very clean. It's making me very hyped especially at Book 3's episode of the "Sozin's Comet". That was a hell of an animation. Aang having the 4 elements and the avatar state as well fighting to the Fire lord Ozai, it was one of the most epic battle scenes I've watched. Also with the battle scene of Prince Zuko and Princess Azula. Since the comet makes a fire bender's power on it's peak, this battle was very badass.

Soundtrack: 9/10
Of course!! The theme of the plot is like a history of Aang and they made the most suited music for the show. I wanted to emphasize the background music of the battle between Prince Zuko and Princess Azula. It was an epic battle but the music was sad and tragic.Fighting between siblings maybe normal but those two have a deep wound carrying in their hearts. The music made me cry, though it was like a chaotic battle.

Overall: 10/10
I might be bias cause this show is part of my childhood. I was overwhelmed with the story. I recommend this so much and even adults can watch this. I am an adult but this show gave me a lot of lessons in life.
